After hours customer support phone numbers & process
When calling after hours support, you will be prompted to enter in your merchant ID, then asked to enter in your business phone number and verify your business name. Finally, the prompt will ask to send a verification code to the email or phone number on file. You can elect to do this or bypass it by sitting through the prompt two times.
If your MID begins with a '5,' please call our 24-hour support team at 800-228-0210, and have your merchant ID ready.
