Disputing & Tracking Chargebacks

Disputing

If you have received a notification email or letter about a chargeback and would like to dispute it, please follow the instructions in the letter with the required documentation by the deadline provided.

 

Tracking

To track the progress or status of a chargeback, you can set up an account with Dispute Manager:

1) Log On to https://www.businesstrack.com

2) Click on Enroll and create an account.

3) Click on Sign up with Your Merchant Account and fill in the required fields.
